Violin after Carlo Bergonzi 1737

Carlo Bergonzi...a late Cremonese master...here my newest interpretation, great wood, glowing shaded varnish with a light texture and warm sound. Try it.
The 2 piece back of very reflective Bosnian maple, a fine grown Italian Alpine spruce front from the 'Stradivari forest'. My own oil varnish of a rich tranparent orange brown colour over a warm natural oxidized ground, the sound even and resonant, belying its' newness. A recent sound trial at St. Georges Bristol impressed.
